Charles Ticker has been a lawyer for over 40 years and focuses his practice to estate litigation, estate administration, and estate mediation. He was called to the bar of Ontario in 1980. Before being called to the bar, Charles earned a B.Sc. (Hon) in Psychology from McGill University in 1974.
He then completed law school and earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978. In addition to being an estates lawyer, Charles has continued to update and refine his skills to provide better solutions to his clients. He completed his mediation training at Harvard in 2007 as a certified mediator.
He therefore has experience as both an estates lawyer and estate mediator.
